Return & Refund Policy

At KAS, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

  • Returns are not applicable on:

    • Innerwear items (for hygiene reasons)

    • Clearance or final sale products

    • Customized or altered products


2. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected:

    • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

    • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

    • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for:

    • Size issues

    • Damaged or defective items

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

    • Report within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Share clear images/videos for verification.

    • Replacement or refund will be provided at no extra cost.


5. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or damaged by the customer

  • Missing original packaging or tags

  • Return request is raised after the allowed period


6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free for damaged/incorrect items.

  • For other returns, a nominal return fee may apply.
