All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Report within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear images/videos for verification.

Replacement or refund will be provided at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:

Product is used or damaged by the customer

Missing original packaging or tags

Return request is raised after the allowed period
6. Shipping Charges
